For more than two months in 2010, Travelandleisure.com posted an online survey asking Americans what they like—and don't like—about 35 large American cities and used the poll results to rank the cities based on a variety of topics, including most intelligent, most attractive, and best culture. Here are the top 25 with the best museums.
