†Zab Judah, the interim IBF champ, won the regular belt on Feb. 12 that was left vacant when reigning champion Terronn Millett was stripped of his title. Millett broke his hand in his July 24, 1999 victory over Virgil McClendon and couldn't fight. Millett was named “champion-in-recess.”
*Hector Camacho Jr. was awarded the technical decision when Holiday was cut over his left eye and was unable to continue following a collision with Camacho's right elbow.
