The Golds can live with the fact their son, David (Fraser), is gay, but they don't have to accept it. When genetic testing reveals the baby David's sister, Suzanne (Beals), is carrying will likely be “like David,” the entire family, except for David, of course, wonders if an abortion is such a bad idea. The premise should be thought provoking, but a watered-down script sinks much chance of controversy.
